The Approved Provider must ensure that where children under the age of 7 years are attending excursions outside the premises of the service, staff with specific training or qualifications in educating and caring for children of younger primary school age are in attendance to specifically supervise children under 7 years of age.

•     An approved provider of an education and care service that is listed on the Department of Education & Training Category 4 List – at some risk of bushfire or grassfire must ensure that: •	The service does not operate on any day that the Victorian Emergency Management Commissioner declares as having a 'Catastrophic' Fire Danger Rating that applies to the area or district at which that service is located.
•	The service's emergency and evacuation policies and procedures required under regulation 168 of the Education and Care Services National Regulations include an Emergency Management Plan for managing the service's bushfire and grass fire related risks.
•	The service's Emergency Management Plan is kept up to date, reflects the service's operating context, is reviewed at least once each calendar year, and includes:
o	a list of the service's emergency contact details
o	procedures for monitoring and managing bushfire and grassfire risks and events
o	procedures for identifying and managing events that may cause planned, unplanned or pre-emptive closure of the service
o	procedures for notifying families of children enrolled at the service of any closure
o	procedures for reviewing and updating the Emergency Management Plan.
•	A copy of the service's Emergency Management Plan is made available to the Regulatory Authority on request.

The approved provider must:

* Engage or appoint a suitably qualified and experienced staff member in the role of nominated supervisor who is employed to work onsite at the service by no later than two months from the date the conditions are imposed.

* A suitably qualified and experienced person is someone that as a minimum has at least a Diploma level education and care qualification and has at least 3 years’ experience in an education and care service.

* Inform the Regulatory Authority in writing of the appointment of the nominated supervisor once the appointment is made.

* Where a nominated supervisor has been appointed to work on site prior to these conditions being imposed, the Approved Provider must submit details of the date of appointment and the qualification and experience of the nominated supervisor to the Regulatory Authority after the conditions are imposed.

The approved provider must:

* provide training to the nominated supervisors, educational leaders, and all educators employed, appointed or engaged to work in the service to ensure that they build their skills in relation to Child Safe Standards, a child safe environment, and ensuring children are adequately supervised by 14 May 2024; and

* ensure that evidence of completion of this training is submitted to the Regulatory Authority within 7 days of the completion of the training.

The approved provider must:

* review and revise the service’s policy and procedures in relation to ‘supervision’ and Child Safe Standards, by 14 March 2024; and

* submit evidence of this review to the Regulatory Authority within 7 days of completion.

An approved alternative solution relating to Performance Criteria P18 Accessibility within SP5.4 - Child Care Centres of the Queensland Development Code (with a publication date of 16 November 2007) applies to this service.

This service is approved to provide education and care to a maximum of 120 children from over preschool age up to and including school children, before school and during school holidays.

This service is approved to provide education and care to a maximum of 150 children from over preschool age up to and including school children, after school.

This service is approved to provide education and care to children from over preschool age, including school children.

In addition to the prescribed information required to be displayed under section 172 of the Education and Care Services National Law and regulation 173 of the Education and Care Services National Regulations, the approved provider must display a map which clearly identifies the indoor and outdoor spaces on the school site approved for use by the education and care service. This map is to be positioned so that it is clearly visible to anyone from the main entrance to the education and care service premises.

An approved provider of an education and care service that is listed on the Department of Education & Training Category 4 List – at some risk of bushfire or grassfire must ensure that:

The service is approved to provide educaiton and care in the Kindergarten premise for before school care from 6:30am - 8:30am, for after school from 3:00pm - 6:00pm and during vacation care from 6:30am to 6:00pm with a ratio of 1:11 when caring for children aged from 36 months up to school age children.

In addition to the prescribed information required to be displayed under section 172 of the Education and Care Services National Law and regulation 173 of the Education and Care Services National Regulations, the approved provider must display a map which clearly identifies the indoor and outdoor spaces on the school site approved by the school for use by the education and care service. This map is to be positioned so that it is clearly visible to anyone from the main entrance to the education and care service premises.

This service is approved to provide education and care primarily to children over preschool age. At least 51% of children being provided education and care at the service must be over preschool age.

The service is approved to provide education and care to children over preschool age, up to and including school children, before school, after school and during school holidays.

In addition to the prescribed information required to be displayed under section 172 of the Education and Care Services National Law and regulation 173 of the Education and Care Services National Regulations, the approved provider must display a map which clearly identifies the indoor and outdoor spaces on the school site approved by the school for use by the education and care service. This map is to be positioned so that is clearly visible to anyone from the main entrance to the education and care service premises.

An approved alternate solution relating to Performance Criteria P18 within SP5.4 - Child Care Centres of the Queensland Development Code (with a publication date of 16 November 2007) applies to this service. The service must ensure that persons with a disability are able to access the service from the Herries Street entrance using the ramp from the road to the footpath leading to the school.

This service is approved to provide education and care to children over preschool age up to and including school children before school, after school and during school holidays.

This service is approved to provide education and care to children from over preschool age including school children.

This service is approved to provide education and care to children before school care, after school and during school holidays.

This service is approved to provide education and care to children from 42 months up to and including school children.

•	    An approved provider of an education and care service that is listed on the Department of Education & Training Bushfire At-Risk Register must ensure that: 
•	The service does not operate on any day that the Victorian Emergency Management Commissioner declares as having a 'Catastrophic' Fire Danger Rating that applies to the area or district at which that service is located.
•	The service's emergency and evacuation policies and procedures required under regulation 168 of the Education and Care Services National Regulations include an Emergency Management Plan for managing the service's bushfire and grass fire related risks.
•	The service's Emergency Management Plan is kept up to date, reflects the service's operating context, is reviewed at least once each calendar year, and includes:
o	a list of the service's emergency contact details
o	procedures for monitoring and managing bushfire and grassfire risks and events
o	procedures for identifying and managing events that may cause planned, unplanned or pre-emptive closure of the service
o	procedures for notifying families of children enrolled at the service of any closure
o	procedures for reviewing and updating the Emergency Management Plan.
•	A copy of the service's Emergency Management Plan is made available to the Regulatory Authority on request.

This service is approved to provide education and care to children over preschool age up to and including school children, before school, after school and during school holidays.

This service approval is granted for the provision of vacation care during school holidays at this location.

In addition to the prescribed information required to be displayed under section 172 of the Education and Care Services National Law and regulation 173 of the Education and Care National Regulations, the approved provider must display a pam which clearly identifies the indoor and outdoor space on the school site approved by the school for use by the education and care service. This map is to be positioned so that it is clearly visible to anyone from the main entrance to the education and care service premises.

The approved provider must not commence operating the service until 4 January 2021, which is the date from which the approved provider has the right to occupy the premises as indicated in the OSHC Licence Agreement between the approved provider and Asset Management Unit.

The approved provider must ensure that the education and care service only provides education and care for children over preschool age.

The approved provider must ensure that, for each child being educated and cared for by the service, the education and care service premises has at least 2 square metres of unencumbered indoor space.

This service is approved to provide education and care to children over preschool age up to and including school children before school, after school and  during school holidays
