State and territory regulatory authorities visit services to undertake regular quality assessment and rating, and also to check on NQF compliance and investigate complaints and incidents.

Conditions can follow a regulatory visit, a complaint or an incident.

Child Care Subsidy rates are changing soon. 

The Approved Provider must engage an appropriate expert, such as a person/entity holding a Queensland Building and Construction Commission licence in Emergency Procedures, a fire safety advisor or fire safety engineer, to observe and report on one full rehearsal at least annually by the end of January.

A copy of the annual evacuation outcome report, including any recommendations for actioning is to be supplied to the Regional Office of the Regulatory Authority in which the service is located within 7 days upon receipt of the report by the Approved Provider from the licensed organisation.

The service is approved to provide education and care to children from birth up to and including over preschool age.

The service is not approved to provide education and care to school children.

The mirrors installed at the service are constantly maintained and operational to ensure the facilitation of supervision of children at all times they are being educated and cared for at the service, having regard to the need to maintain the rights and dignity of the children as required under regulation 115 of the Education and Care Services National Regulations.

The service is approved to provide education and care to children up to 2 years of age on the first floor of the service only.

The approved provider must ensure that no outdoor play equipment is placed within one metre of the perimeter fencing in the roof top outdoor play area.

The approved provider must not provide education and care to more than 16 non-ambulant infants at any one time.

The approved provider must ensure that a ratio of 1 staff member to 2 non-ambulant infants is maintained within the service at all times education and care is provided to non-ambulant infants, to assist in the safe evacuation of these children from the service during regular rehearsals and any actual emergency.

Staff who are responsible for evacuating non-ambulant infants are not to be responsible for evacuating any other children, other than children who are 3-5 years old.

Staff who are responsible for evacuating children aged 2-3 years old are not to be responsible for evacuating any other children.

The approved provider must ensure that at any time education and care is provided to children, the following number of staff must be present, regardless of any required educator to child ratios:
a.	within the level 2 children’s indoor space, a minimum of 4 educators must be present;
b.	in the level 3 playground, a minimum of 4 educators must be present; and
c.	in the level 4 playground, a minimum of 3 educators must be present.

It is a condition of the service waiver that the Approved Provider must ensure that a supervision plan is in place to ensure that the blind spots on all levels are adequately supervised. The Approved Provider must ensure that all staff are trained in relation to the supervision plan and that the plan is followed by all staff at all times that children are being educated and cared for.

It is a condition of the service waiver that the Approved Provider must ensure that convex mirrors are installed and maintained at all times. The mirrors must be positioned to ensure that adequate supervision of the corners and blind spots on throughout the service can be maintained.

It is a condition of the service waiver that the Approved Provider must ensure that a minimum ratio of 1:9 educators to children is maintained on level 2 of the service in relation to children aged 3-5 years at all times that children are being educated and cared for.

It is a condition of the service waiver that the Approved Provider must ensure that a supervising educator is stationed outside the nappy change and toilet area on level 2 at all times that toileting and nappy changes are taking place.

In relation to the level 3 play space, it is a condition of the service waiver that the Approved Provider must ensure the following minimum ratios are maintained at all times that children are being educated and cared for:
a.	1:9 educators to children in relation to children aged 3-5; and
b.	1:4 educators to children in relation to children aged 2-3.

In relation to the level 4 play space, it is a condition of the service waiver that the Approved Provider must ensure the following minimum ratios are maintained at all times that children are being educated and cared for:
a.	1:9 educators to children in relation to children aged 3-5; and
b.	1:4 educators to children in relation to children aged 2-3.

This service is approved to exceed the approved number of places during the period from Monday to Friday between the hours of 2:30pm to 4:30pm when it is 79 children

This service is approved to provide education and care to children from birth to over preschool age, including school children.

This service is approved to provide a rest period from 12:00pm to 2:00pm on Monday to Friday.

This service is approved to provide education and care to a children from birth up to and including over preschool age.

The barriers installed at the service in Sleep Rooms 1, 2, 3, and 4 are maintained and operational to prevent children accessing the Sleep Rooms unsupervised while they are being educated and cared for in Nursery Rooms 1 and 2.

This service is approved to provide education and care to children from birth up to and including school children.

This service is approved to provide a rest period from 12.00pm to 2.00pm on Monday to Friday.

This service is approved to provide a rest period from 12:30pm to 2:30pm on Monday to Friday.

The mirrors and CCTV installed at the service are constantly maintained and operational to ensure the facilitation of supervision of children at all times they are being educated and cared for at the service, having regard to the need to maintain the rights and dignity of the children as required under regulation 115 of the Education and Care Services National Regulations (National Regulations).

This service is approved to provide education and care to children from birth up to and including over preschool age.

It is a condition of the service waiver that the approved provider must utilise 58.6² of alternative means space on the ground level to satisfy part of the unencumbered outdoor space requirements.

It is a condition of the service waiver that the approved provider must ensure that an adequate amount of healthy ‘live’ plants in a variety of species and sizes is maintained at all times, in both the genuine outdoor and the alternative means space of the premises, ensuring children are afforded opportunities to explore and experience the features of a natural environment as required under regulation 113 of the Education and Care Services National Regulations.

The Approved Provider must ensure that the mirrors and/or CCTV cameras and monitors installed at the service are constantly maintained and operational. This is to ensure the facilitation of adequate supervision of children at all times they are being educated and cared for at the service, having regard to the need to maintain the rights and dignity of the children as required under regulation 115 of the Education and Care Services National Regulations.

This service is approved to provide education and care to children from birth up to and including over preschool age

The service is not approved to provide education and care to school children

The Approved Provider must ensure that the mirrors installed at the service are constantly maintained and operational. This is to ensure the facilitation of adequate supervision of children at all times they are being educated and cared for at the service, having regard to the need to maintain the rights and dignity of the children as required under regulation 115 of the Education and Care Services National Regulations

This service is approved to provide a rest period from 11:00am to 1:00pm on Monday to Friday.

This service is approved to provide education and care to children from birth to over preschool age, not including school children.

This service is approved to provide education and care to children aged from birth up to and including over preschool age.

The approval is granted subject to the conditions as set out in section 51 of the Education and Care Services National Law and any conditions prescribed in the Education and Care Services National Regulations.

The mirrors installed at the service are constantly maintained and operational to ensure the facilitation of supervision of children at all times they are being educated and cared for at the service, having regard to the need to maintain the rights and dignity of the children as required under regulation 115 of the Education and Care Services National Regulations (National Regulations).
